Easy Returns, Happy Artists

We keep it simple, just like our products. Every Soolla-branded bag is backed by a 30-day love-it guarantee. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, you can return or exchange it within 30 days—no questions asked. A full refund will be issued within 14-days of receiving your return.

Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs on all international orders (outside the United States).

Please note that gift cards are not eligible for returns.

Pottery tools are eligible for return if they are in brand new condition in their original packaging.

Exchanges 

We want to make sure you get what you need ASAP. For exchange requests, please reach out via email with your order number, item you'd like to send back, and the item you'd like instead. Exchanges default to the original shipping address unless a new address is requested.
