Shipping policy

At Soolla, we work hard to get your order packed up and on its way fast — because waiting is the worst.

Processing Time

Orders typically ship within 1 business day (excluding weekends and holidays).

During launches, sales, or restocks, processing may take a little longer — but we’ll always move as quickly as possible.

Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

We offer shipping across the U.S. with rates calculated at checkout based on your order and location.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking email so you can follow it from our hands to your doorstep.

International Shipping

We ship internationally and offer DDP (Delivered Duties Paid) shipping on eligible orders.

That said, DDP does not always guarantee that no duties, taxes, or fees will be required once a package enters the destination country. Customs policies vary by country, and additional charges may still be assessed by local authorities or carriers.

Any additional duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout based on destination and selected shipping method.

Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you’ll get a confirmation email with tracking info.

If your tracking says delivered but you can’t find your package, check with neighbors/household members first, then contact the carrier directly. If you still need help, reach out and we’ll do our best to help.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we may require additional shipping charges to resend it.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package leaves our studio, delivery timing is in the carrier’s hands — but if something looks off, contact us and we’ll help you figure it out.
